Saint Andrew’s senior Ava Allwardt ’24 has been selected as a semifinalist for the 2024 Coca-Cola Scholars Program.
The Coca-Cola Scholars Program is the largest corporate-sponsored, achievement-based scholarship program in the United States.
Over 103,800 students submitted applications from across the country this year. From those initial applications, only 1,514 high school seniors were selected as Semifinalists – less than 1.5%!
All semifinalists must now complete Phase 2 applications, which include essays, a recommendation, and a transcript. In early January, 250 recommended applications will be selected as Reginal Finalists and will take part in online interviews. 150 Coke Scholars will be named in late February to receive a $20,000 college scholarship and invited to attend Coca-Cola Scholars Weekend in Atlanta, Georgia, where they will be the guests of honor at the 36th annual Coca-Cola Scholars Banquet and participate in the Coca-Cola Scholars Leadership Development Institute facilitated by program alumni.
Congratulations, Ava, and best of luck!
